Customer Account
When creating an account on Mehura, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. Any activity or order placed through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. Mehura shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.
Terms of Operation
Mehura reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of its website, products, or services at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities purchased at our sole discretion.

Product Representation
We make every effort to display product colours, fabrics, and details as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings, lighting, photography, and device displays, actual product colours may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
Model images are for styling and representation purposes only. As most products sold by Mehura are unstitched or semi-stitched dress materials, the final stitched appearance may vary based on individual tailoring and styling preferences.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Mehura.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Our team performs quality checks before dispatching every order. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:
- An uncut parcel opening video clearly showing the issue.
- Relevant photographs of the product and packaging.
Upon verification, Mehura will provide a replacement of the same product. If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product of the same value may be offered.
Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery or without the required proof may not be accepted.
Missed Deliveries
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts. If a shipment is returned to us due to non-availability of the customer, refusal to accept delivery, or an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will be applicable.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders returned to us, re-dispatch will be processed only after the order amount and applicable shipping charges are paid online in advance.
Limitation of Liability
Mehura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
