We currently ship across India and partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking details and shipment information.

In the unlikely event of any delay in processing your order, our team will keep you informed regarding the revised dispatch timeline.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

• Tracking Number (AWB)
• Courier Partner Details
• Tracking Link

You can use the tracking link provided to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

• Metro Cities: Approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: Approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch

While we strive to deliver within these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Important Delivery Information

A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is required for successful delivery of your order.

Many courier partners use OTP-based delivery verification. Failure to provide or receive the OTP may result in a failed delivery attempt.

If an order is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect address provided
• Repeated delivery failures
• Customer unavailable to receive the shipment
• Failure to provide delivery OTP

any applicable re-shipping charges may need to be borne by the customer.
