Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
At Mehura, every order undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged.
- You receive an incorrect product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear, uncut parcel opening video showing the sealed package being opened and the issue with the product.
Upon approval, the product will be replaced with the same article, subject to availability. If the same article is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds on any products purchased from Mehura.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive an incorrect, incomplete, or damaged product, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, subject to verification and approval of your claim.
Non-Eligible Cases
Exchange requests will not be accepted for:
- Minor colour variations due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or device displays.
- Customer preference changes after purchase.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Claims submitted without a parcel opening video.
Repeated Exchange Requests
To maintain fair usage of our policy, Mehura reserves the right to decline exchange requests in cases of repeated or suspicious claims.
